Since 1975, Kayumas has been producing Tropical Hardwood products for the Asian and International marketWe produce, two of the most popular tropical hardwoods-Teak and Merbau. Both species, Teak and Merbau have been prized for the high quality products which are suitable for the building and construction industry. Teak and Merbau had long been used for interior and exterior design too. The founder of Kayumas is, S. Umar Assegaff built the company plant in an area of more than 60. 000 square meters. Our factory is equipped with up to date technology and machineries such as sawmills, moulders, double-ended machines, Kiln Drier etc. We have a staff of approximately 150 to 200 skilled technicians specialising in different functions, from millings to product finishing and polishing. Kayumas continually retrains its staff in order to improve productivity within the company and to provide high quality products to our customers. Our monthly production capacity can reach up to 7 to 10 Containers, of Kiln and Air Dried wood productsMoreover, we obtain raw materials from legal and sustainable sources. Our logs are provided by the Indonesian Forestry, The "Perhutani". The company invested in Research and Development and started business alliances with foreign design company to produce furniture. We produce high, export quality indoor and outdoor wooden furniture from full solid to laminated furniture. We accept custom made designs which intend to meet our customer expectation.
